1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of all websites and services operated under "yuri.llc" By using a service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. "yuri.llc" will not use your content for an unrelated purpose without your explicit permission and will never sell your content or personal information. You give "yuri.llc" a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, back up, and technically process your content only as needed to provide the service or complete an action you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for temporary backup copies, legal preservation, and content others have independently copied or incorporated.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it. Public repositories, posts, comments, tags, profiles, and other public material may be indexed, copied, or redistributed by other people and services.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, block traffic, or preserve relevant records when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or infrastructure, investigate abuse, or comply with law. We may act without advance notice when delay could create risk.

5. Security research
You may not use a vulnerability discovered in a "yuri.llc" service without reporting it. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to confirm and document it, steal or alter data, upload backdoors, establish persistence, disrupt services, or access other users' accounts or information. Report vulnerabilities using the contact details in security.txt.
6. Availability and changes
Services are provided as is and as available. We may change, rate limit, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of content, compatibility, or any particular service level. Keep independent backups of anything important.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, "yuri.llc" disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. "yuri.llc" and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, lost profits, or service interruption arising from use of the services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
